Etude House's collection launch are always so sweet and enticing to all the ladies! This time they launched the Princess Etoinette Collection and I was invited to their launch party. Woohoo!

The event was held at Fullhouse Cafe, what a matching theme for the collection right?
The collection is inspired by Princess Antoinette, but it starts with an ‘E’ coz of the brand name - Etude!
At the launch party, we were introduced more to the brand, to the collection and they flew a Korean makeup artist over to demonstrate and we all had a table of products from the collection to try on ourselves too!

Asked Celine to join me at the party and we also met Silver Ang there.
This is the whole collection. It consists of 1 face powder, 2 blushers, 2 lipsticks, 2 sets of nail polishes, 2 sets of eyeliners, perfumed candles, soap, brushes, mirror and comb.

Heart shaped heart-shaped baked powder blushers and the flower kabuki brush is my fav!!!

The white tub is actually the Etoinette Crystal Powder which is a Loose Powder with fine pearl highlights that gives your face the glowing finish and helps absorb sebum without clogging the pores.

After a short introduction and mingling around, we then had a step-by-step skincare and makeup demo by the Korean makeup artist!!

The makeup artist help trimmed the model's eyebrows before beginning the skincare steps.

After a short break, we began the makeup step-by-step.

We were learning how ton achieve this soft shimmering brown look like Dara in the picture.

First, was the Precious Mineral BB Cream with the Real Hand Touch Sponge Applicator.

Then, the Crystal Powder and here's the steps to it.

Afterwhich, was the blusher with the rose kabuki brush.

And then, eyeshadows from their previous Christmas collection.

Don't forget to line your bottom lids and lastly, lipticks.

Voila! This was the final look. Pretty subtle brown smokey look.

This is me after the tutorial and not forgetting to take a shot with the Etude House representative and the makeup artist. They feels like members of some Kpop girl band!

Here's a little intro video I did for the collection I got.

We all went home with a special kit from the Princess Etoinette Collection. The bundle kit is put up for those who wish to get the items, and so,  it’d be cheaper to get the kit instead of purchasing the items individually!

It comes in this pretty pink box with a faux mirror when you open up and inside is the Heart Blusher (in PK001 Pink Petal Kiss), Crystal Shine Lips Lipstick (in #PPK001 Midnight Masquerade), the Rose Kabuki Brush and a folded compact Mirror!

The blusher was a sweet pink and it's a limited edition. Together with the Rose Brush, you have to swirl around in the pot, to mix the pink and apply on your cheeks for the natural blush. The brush feels very soft and it picks up the blush easily. Trust me, applying blusher never felt so comfy before!

The lipstick is formulated with MuruMuru Butter, French Royal Jelly and fruit extracts, making it glide easily on the lips and keeps the lips plump looking and moisturised all day. It's a very sweet pink shade that's suitable for the Asian skin colour.

I also went out to get myself the Etoinette Crystal Powder and Tear Eye Liner Set. The powder as mentioned above is a loose powder and the Tear Eye Liner set is for one to create that teary, innocent pair of eyes of yours.

I got the brown eye liner set together with a peach sparkly liner for the under lid. It's a very natural combination and I'm using them everyday!

Last but not least, I got myself the Versailles Nail Sets. It was an immediate infatuation and I knew I had to get both sets.

The green/pink set had flower stickers to go with as well as gold leaf that reminded me of the time when I stood in the Versailles Palace, looking out at the garden against the sunlight.

The other set is a sweet lilac, lavender and blue glittter nail polish, together with swirly printed nail stickers. I would say it is more inspired by the lovely fabrics you can find around Versailles.

Etude House Princess Etoinette collection is in stores for awhile already!! It’s so pretty that it’s the first thing you’ll see when you step in. Go check it out! Will be reviewing the Special Kit very soon, look out for it! (:

XOXO,
Christina aka Huney
